September 2007 –present, Mr. Liu acted as Deputy General Manager & General Engineer with Chifeng Fubang Copper Co., Ltd 2004-2007,Mr. Liu served as Deputy General Manager and General Engineer with Baotu Huading Copper Co., Ltd 1998-2003, Mr. Liu worked as Deputy Factory Director and Senior Engineer successively with Baotu Copper Smelting Factory. 1985-1998, Mr. Liu severed as Engineer Trainee and Engineer successively with Baotu Design & Research Institute of Steel & Iron, which is under the Ministry of Metallurgy Industry of PRC.
